  In the cocktail bar, Vivian Ye & Fabio Pace have created more than forty new cocktails based around a philosophy of fresh ingredients and "creating art in a glass".

The signature cocktail Sardegna, (inspired by Fabio’s homeland), is a blend of fresh apple, grey goose vodka, apple sour, lemon juice, gomme and smashed ginger.
